Metovia is a mentorship initiative founded by President Justin Chen, built on the values of leadership, support, and empowerment. Inspired by his time in Peer Resources — where he learned how to mediate conflicts, uplift voices, and guide others — Justin created Metovia to ensure every student has someone to look up to, learn from, and grow with.

 

Metovia connects student mentors and mentees in a safe, structured space where leadership is developed and confidence is built. Whether it’s through peer guidance, academic support, or emotional encouragement, Metovia is a movement that believes no student should walk their journey alone.
