They wield significant power and play a crucial role in the Board of Directors’ and the Foundation’s success.

VICE CHIEF OF STRATEGY AND INTELLEGENCE
Toby Ma, the Vice Chief of Strategy and Intelligence, supports the Chief of Strategy and Intelligence. He oversees and collaborates with the Chief of this Office, ensuring the company’s strategic and intelligence functions are effectively managed. He oversees the board’s and foundation’s operations, ensuring alignment with their mission and goals. Toby provides guidance on strategic decisions, supports team collaboration, and ensures efficient management of initiatives. His leadership and dedication play a key role in driving the success of the board and foundation.
Joe Kuang.
CHIEF OF STRATEGY and INTELLEGENCE
Joe Kuang, the Chief of Strategy, is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic and intelligence functions. All plans and initiatives must pass through the Chief of Strategy and Intelligence Office. He ensures that strategic initiatives align with the foundation’s mission and supports the implementation of key projects. With a focus on leadership and innovation, Joe plays a crucial role in driving the board’s success and advancing its vision for community impact and excellence.
Jordan Tran.
CHIEF OF STAFF & SENIOR ADVISOR OF CHAIR
Jordan Tran serves as the Chairman’s Advisor, Superintendent of the Board of Directors, and Chief of Staff for the entire organization. He offers strategic guidance, manages operations, and ensures that initiatives are in line with the board’s mission. With an emphasis on innovation and efficiency, Jordan plays a key role in advancing project success and championing the foundation’s vision for leadership and community impact.
Tony Guan.
Co-chairman & Board of directors co-chair
Tony Guan serves as Co-Chairman of The Chen Foundation, passionately driving its mission to promote innovation and leadership in the community. He also co-chairs XZ Studio and is a key member of the Board of Directors, where his insights influence strategic decisions.
As the primary voting power, Tony enhances collaboration among board members to ensure smooth operations across initiatives. His dedication to effective communication inspires excellence within the organization, making him instrumental in advancing the foundation's goals and creating a lasting community impact.
Aiden Leung.
EXECUTIVE ASST., PR OFFICER, and VICE SUPERINTENDENT
Aiden Leung, serving as the Executive Assistant to the entire Board of Directors, also acts as a member of the advisory committee for the Chair, akin to a Chief of Staff. He operates from the Vice Superintendent’s Office. In his dual role as Executive Assistant and Vice Superintendent, Aiden is responsible for taking meeting notes, overseeing board policies, and ensuring the company’s continued progress in the coming years. Furthermore, as the Public Relations Officer, he manages media relations and oversees the board’s Instagram account.
