Opportunity For All is Justin Chen’s core initiative aimed at ensuring equal access to resources, opportunities, and student engagement. It focuses on breaking barriers within the school community by providing every student—regardless of background or academic standing—the support they need to succeed.
Chen Foundation staff awards program
The Chen Foundation has launched a new program with our chairman, Justin Chen. He observed that the district lacks awards for teachers of the month and year. As a result, we are now awarding teachers who are nominated on our Chen Foundation website. Our goal is to create more opportunities and programs for everyone!
Clean green initiative
The Clean Green Initiative is a program dedicated to keeping our campuses tidy. Led by our chairman, the project involves patrols around campus to gather trash. At MLK Middle School, our chair has been actively involved in this effort, and we have significantly cleaned up the campus!
