Chair Chen did not become a overnight successful leader; he faced many challenges and difficulties. He is such a staunch fighter for everyone, whoever they may be. Over time, he has grown from a novice leader to someone who has a robust platform and very clear vision that compels him to serve everyone. Even though his term has ended, he remains committed to the community and plans to run again as student government. Whether or not he is elected, he is prepared. Vote for our political party so that the future will have leadership. He chose Lowell as the school that he would like to improve and is committed to creating the Golden Era of MLK the Golden Era of Lowell. He is committed to reform. 

When our Chairman, Justin, announced his intention to run, he established a board called Justin Chen's Executive Board. However, he felt that the name did not convey the true essence of a real organization like others. Justin wanted to create a company that would be inclusive and serve everyone. He decided to develop this board as an organization focused on leadership training. Its purpose was to support his decision-making, provide him with advice, and train members to become leaders themselves. This initiative also served as an extracurricular activity, where participants learned skills such as scheduling meetings and using board platforms, among other things.

The Board has formally decided to use the name "Chen Foundation" as the official name of our organization and company. We chose the word "Foundation" instead of "Organization" since it creates a spirit of guiding and helping people in accordance with our mission. We have a chairperson who is so committed to helping others, and we wanted the name to reflect that devotion. The Chen Foundation does a lot of work through our Board of Directors and our entire staff. This year, we have done a lot, signing numerous executive orders for Chair Chen to implement that will make our school better!

The company has laid a solid foundation, and I'd like to explain to you how we selected and hired our members. The Chairperson has the authority to appoint individuals to the Board of Directors and the entire HR Department. He appointed one of his closest friends who has been by his side since grade school and board members who were part of the campaign and elections. The Chair would like to take this opportunity to express sincerest appreciation for all their work and efforts. It was on a voluntary basis, and they have spent their time and efforts year after year. They are delighted to finally be able to meet them and have them on board!

The Chen Foundation now has a complete structure, including board offices and appointed Co-Chairs and Chief of Staff. During his time as Vice President and President, he had many orders and agenda items to fulfill before the end of his term. His most trusted board, The Chen Foundation's Board of Directors, helps prioritize and align decisions based on the importance of various issues. Over the past year and the current year, the Chen Foundation has passed more than 30 to 40 orders.
